This beautiful, modern villa is ideally located on a quiet street in the Palm Beach area of Cannes, a 7 min. drive to the center of Cannes and to the Palais des Festivals.

Villa Palm Beach provides comfortable accommodation for up to 16 guests. The home has been recently renovated and decorated in a contemporary and yet warm style. It offers a fully fitted kitchen, a spacious living area with floor to ceiling windows and access to a terrace with sea view, 8 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, private pool, gas BBQ, and a shaded outdoor dining area for 10.

The house offers several terraces and a beautiful garden with pool and a stunning sea view. There are three private parking spots inside the property.

Seven of the eight bedrooms are fitted with queen size beds that can be split into two singles, closets, and en suite bathrooms. The en suites are equipped with a glass shower (except for one, which has a bathtub), bathroom vanity, towel heater, and wc.

The 8th bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed and closet. The bathroom dedicated to this bedroom is accessible from the entrance hall and offers a glass shower, bathroom vanity, towel heater, and wc.

The Neighborhood:

The villa is located in the Palm Beach neighborhood of Cannes, only a short walk to restaurants, shops, bars, and beaches. The Croisette is only a 3 min drive and the Palais Des Festivals is also a short 7 min. drive away.
