This beautiful villa is situated in the exclusive area of Super Cannes, a short drive to the city center and the Palais des Festivals.

Villa L’Aube provides comfortable accommodation for up to 14 guests. The home has been recently refurbished and designed with an eclectic traditional style. It offers a fully fitted kitchen, a spacious living area with access to the terrace and gardens, 7 bedrooms (all with sea view), 7.5 bathrooms, a fantastic private pool, and a cinema room.  This villa also offers air conditioning throughout, heated floors, a ping-pong table, a football table, a large gas BBQ, a beautiful cabana, and Jacuzzi.

The gardens are private and offer a stunning 180° view of the bay of Cannes and the Lérins Islands. There are two private parking inside the property and it is possible to park two more cars outside the villa.

Three of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and have independent access. Two of them are equipped with a double bed, while the third bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed that can be split into two singles. They all have an en suite bathroom with bathtub, bathroom vanity, and wc.

The remaining 4 bedrooms are located in the main house. Three of them are fitted with a queen size bed and one of them, the master bedroom, is fitted with a king size bed. They all have access to their own en suite bathrooms, equipped with a bathtub, bathroom vanity, and wc.

The Neighborhood:

The villa is located in the Super Cannes area, a residential neighborhood with luxury villas a short drive to the center. It’s a 10 min. drive to restaurants, shops, and bars and a 15 min. drive to the Palais des Festivals.
