The Space:

This beautiful Belle Epoque villa is situated in the exclusive Californie area of Cannes, a short drive to the city center and the Palais des Festivals.

Villa Lauder provides comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests. The home has been recently refurbished and decorated with a mix of traditional and contemporary style. It offers a fully fitted gourmet kitchen, a spacious living area, a TV lounge, an office, 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a large private heated saline pool, gas BBQ and an outdoor dining terrace.

The first bedroom is located on the first floor of the main house and is fitted with a super king size bed, closet, and en suite bathroom. The en suite is fitted with a bath, shower, bathroom vanity, and WC.

Two more bedrooms can be found on the second floor. They share a bathroom fitted with a shower, vanity, and WC. The third and fourth bedrooms are located on the ground floor and are fitted with double beds, closets and each have their own en suite bathroom.

The fifth bedroom (fitted with a queen size bed) is located in the guest house above the garage, complete with an en suite bathroom and kitchenette. The bathroom offers a shower, bathroom vanity, and WC.

The Neighborhood:

The villa is located at the beginning of the Californie neighborhood of Cannes. It is a 3 min drive to restaurants, shops, bars, and beaches, and only a 7 min. drive to the Palais Des Festivals.
