The Space:
Le Petit Pré is a bright, freshly renovated studio on the top floor of a characterful old building, only steps from the main square of Le Suquet — Cannes’ old town. Three flights up, the noise of the town drops away. What is left is high ceilings, quiet, and sunlight for most of the day.

It is built for two, and built properly. The main room holds a queen-size bed that separates into two singles — so it works as well for friends travelling together as it does for a couple — along with a closet, a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for two.

The kitchen is compact but genuinely fully fitted, so you can shop at the market in the morning and cook at home in the evening. The bathroom is modern, with an enclosed glass shower, a vanity unit, a heated towel rail and a WC.

And there is one thing you almost never find in a studio: a separate little room for your luggage.

Adults only. Le Petit Pré is reserved for adult guests.

Travelling as four? Its larger twin, Le Grand Pré, is directly across the landing on the same floor. Booked together, Le Petit Pré and Le Grand Pré give a group of four the entire top floor to themselves.

The Neighborhood:
Rue du Pré is a quiet street in the Suquet neighborhood, tucked just behind the life of the old town. The port of Cannes is a 6-minute walk, the Palais des Festivals and the Croisette 10 minutes, and restaurants, shops and bars start at the end of the street.
