This modern villa is located on the hills of the Californie area of Cannes, a short drive to the city center and the Palais des Festivals.

Villa Paradis provides comfortable accommodation for up to 12 guests. The home has been recently refurbished and designed with an eclectic style. It offers a fully fitted kitchen with wine fridge, a spacious living area with access to the terrace and gardens, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, private pool, BBQ, and a shaded outdoor dining area for 10.

The gardens are private and offer a stunning view of the bay of Cannes. There are two private parking inside the property and it is possible to park two more cars outside the villa.

The master bedroom is located on the main floor of the property; it has access to the garden and pool area, and is fitted with a kind size bed, fireplace, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom. The en suite is equipped with a glass shower, bathtub, a double vanity, towel heater, and wc.

Four more bedrooms are located on the second floor of the property. Each bedroom is fitted with a double bed and en suite bathroom. The bathrooms offer a glass shower, bathroom vanity, and wc. Two of the bedrooms also have access to a spacious terrace with a beautiful sea view.

The villa is located in the Californie area of Cannes, a residential neighborhood with luxury villas a short drive to the center. It’s a 5 min. drive to restaurants, shops, and bars and a 10 min. drive to the Palais des Festivals.
