This modern villa is ideally located on a quiet street, only a 6 min. drive to the center of Cannes and to the Palais des Festivals.

Villa Californie -1 provides comfortable accommodation for up to 12 guests. The home has been designed with comfort and convenience in mind. It offers a fully fitted kitchen, a spacious living area with floor to ceiling windows anda flat screen TV, six bedrooms, five bathrooms, private pool, fitness equipment, and gas BBQ.

The gardens and terraces are private and offer various areas for relaxation and entertainment. There is plenty available parking on the quiet, private street the villa is located on.

Five of the bedrooms are fitted with queen size beds that can be split into two singles, while the last bedroom is equipped with a pull-out couch. All bedrooms and air conditioning.

One of the bathrooms offer a bathtub, bathroom vanity, towel heater, and wc. The four other bathrooms are fitted with spacious glass shower, towel heaters, and wc.

Note: This villa is located right next to CA1004. Both villas can be connected to offer a total of 11 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. Furthermore, this villa can be rented out for corporate events.

The Neighborhood:

The villa is located on Avenue Roi Albert 1er, near the center of Cannes. It’s a short walk to restaurants, shops, and bars and a 5 min. drive to La Croisette the Palais des Festivals.
